Based in Wailuku, Working Island-Wide
Every job starts from our office on West Kaahumanu Avenue in Wailuku. That puts Central Maui minutes away and most of the island within about an hour’s drive.
The drive shapes the schedule, not the quality of the work. We plan measures, deliveries and install days by area so time on site goes to your floor.

Site visits are grouped by area and material is delivered in one trip, so install days run start to finish.

Lanai and Molokai jobs are planned in blocks around barge freight and crew travel.

Central Maui: Kahului and Wailuku
Kahului and Wailuku are our home turf, so this is where measures, quick repairs and tight deadlines are easiest to handle. Housing runs from Wailuku’s older town core around Market Street to the post-war Dream City neighborhood and newer Maui Lani and Kehalani homes, most of them built on concrete slabs. South Maui: Kihei, Wailea and Makena
In Kihei, Wailea and Makena, much of the housing is condos and vacation rentals, and condos mean AOAO approval, sound-rated underlayment and elevator bookings. West Maui: Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua
West Maui stretches from Olowalu through Lahaina and Kaanapali to the Honokowai, Kahana and Napili condo strip and the Kapalua resort at the north end. Lahaina is rebuilding after the August 2023 wildfire, so new-construction floors sit alongside rental turnovers, with salt air along the whole coast. Upcountry: Kula, Makawao and Pukalani
Upcountry homes in Kula, Makawao and Pukalani sit roughly 1,500 to 4,000 feet up the slopes of Haleakala, with cool nights and fog. Many are wood-framed on raised foundations, so the subfloor gets as much attention as the finish floor.

North Shore: Paia and Haiku
Paia, Haiku and Huelo sit on the windward side, where trade-wind showers keep everything green and damp. Older plantation homes, crawlspace moisture and termites decide what goes down, so waterproof floors and careful subfloor checks come first. More on flooring in Paia and Haiku.
East Maui and Hana
Yes, we take jobs on the Hana side too, even though it has no separate page here. The Hana Highway is a long, slow drive, so we plan these projects as one block: a single measure visit, one material delivery and back-to-back install days. Call to talk through timing for your property.
Lanai and Molokai
Both islands are part of Maui County, and we take on projects there with extra planning. Material ships on Young Brothers barges to Kaumalapau Harbor on Lanai or Kaunakakai on Molokai, and crews travel over for scheduled blocks of work, so freight and travel appear on the quote.
